How to Submit into ELMS
Upon completion of GCU courses (200-level or higher):
1. Send your official university transcript delivered as “Attention PGS Department.” There are three ways to do this:
- Via school mail at HR Division, Location 031,
- Directly to 2832 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89121,
- Or directly from the university electronically to pgs@nv.ccsd.net
Note: Your transcript must be sent in any of the three ways listed above. This will not be accepted from only the employee’s email.
2. If you completed 200-level coursework, then you must fill out the Contact Unit Approval Form – Lower-Level College Coursework with administrative approval.
3. Submit your transcript through ELMs.
